
Brady M. Jette is an Indiana attorney primarily focusing her practice on domestic relations matters, juvenile cases, and criminal defense. She represents clients facing complex and high-stakes legal matters, including misdemeanor and felony criminal charges, divorce, child custody and parenting time disputes, child support, and paternity actions.
Before entering private practice, Ms. Jette gained valuable legal experience working as an appellate paralegal in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she assisted with appellate briefing and legal research in criminal matters. She also served as a Local Office Attorney with the Indiana Department of Child Services (DCS), representing the State in CHINS and termination of parental rights proceedings. Ms. Jette works closely with each client to develop strategies tailored to their goals while providing clear, honest guidance throughout the legal process. She is committed to protecting her clients’ rights and helping them navigate difficult legal situation.
Ms. Jette has been a resident of Dearborn County for the past several years. Before moving to Indiana, she obtained her bachelor’s degree at Northern Kentucky University and attended law school at Salmon P. Chase College of Law. She is admitted to practice law in both Indiana and Kentucky. She is a member of the Dearborn County Bar Association and the Indiana Public Defender Council.
