Christopher M. Kirchgassner has been with Votaw & Schwarz since 2021 and is a lifelong resident of Indiana. He attended East Central High School and graduated with honors in 2011, before attending Indiana University. While attending Indiana University, Mr. Kirchgassner served as an active member of the neuroscience club and an undergraduate teaching assistant to US Olympic coach Dr. Jeffrey Huber, where he assisted in teaching various courses at the Indiana School of Psychology. In December of 2015 Mr. Kirchgassner graduated from Indiana University with degrees in Communication and Psychology. Following graduation, he was accepted to Northern Kentucky University’s Salmon P. Chase School of Law, where he enrolled in the fall of 2016. While in law school, Mr. Kirchgassner served as a founding member and president of the Criminal Law Club and actively worked as a law clerk on criminal defense and personal injury matters in the greater Cincinnati area. Christopher graduated from Chase and was admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana in October of 2021. Christopher is also admitted to practice federal law in the Southern District of Indiana.
Christopher’s practice primarily focuses on representation of private citizens in criminal defense, personal injury, catastrophic injury, probate, estate matters, and civil litigation matters. He is committed to providing excellent service and personalized representation for his clients. He resides with his wife Susan on a small farm just outside of Lawrenceburg.
